Bija mantras for Chakras

Chant Bija mantras, “LAM VAM RAM YAM HAM”.

Lum activates Basic chakra, Vum activates Hara chakra, Rum activates Solar plexus chakra, Yum activates Heart chakra and Hum activates Throat chakra.

Mantra Ksham for third eye chakra is not required here, as when the five centers are balanced the third eye gets balanced automatically.
