Chant “AAM”.
We don’t add Om to
AAM, as it is the universal mother. It is the source of all organs.
Who decided that
heart has to be like this and lungs have to look different from heart. That
person is the universal mother, who is behind every organ. That mother energy is
activated by the mantra AAM.
Keep your left
hand on the Third eye and your right hand on top of it.
Then sweep all
chakras with the right hand till the sound of the mantra ‘AAM’ is over. This
will activate them and energize them.
Repeat for three
or four times.
No need to close
eyes. Though, closing eyes will help you to feel the vibrations better.
